Barbecue with acacia hardwood charcoal

Due to its high density, acacia hardwood charcoal is particularly suitable for use in professional barbecues. It is a sustainable and 100% natural alternative to conventional charcoal, as acacia wood is a rapidly renewable species. The long burning time of acacia hardwood charcoal of up to 4 hours and the high temperature of up to 800 °C make it ideal for professional barbecues in the catering industry or at larger parties. The medium to large charcoal pieces ensure even and stable combustion and thus an optimal barbecue result. The charcoal burns without smoke or sparks and leaves only little ash. The pleasant, mild grill aroma gives the grilled food a special note.

ACCASIA WOOD CHARCOAL

Made from acacia, a denser wood than oak and hickory; it burns hotter, cleaner, and more evenly. Therefore, you do not need to use as much charcoal for your BBQ.

Used mainly in restaurants, steak houses, pizzerias, and domestic barbecues. Acacia Reficiens charcoal burns for a minimum of 3 hours with no sparking, and no bad odor, contains no dust, ash, or uncarbonized wood pieces, and leaves white ash.
